- Submit your child’s complete name and birthday.
- Secure and complete a Student Application Form.
- Submit all Admissions requirements.
- Settle the school fees and email deposit slips or proof of payment.
- Payments may be settled via the following:

- 2. Check payments should be made to:
- Name: Appleseed Montessori Incorporated
- Admissions Requirements
- Accomplished Student Application Form
- The child’s birth certificate or passport
- The child’s medical/vaccination history/record
- Signed Handbook Conforme (This is the last page of the Student Handbook. This will be given upon completion of the abovementioned documents.)
